Welcome to Chiare. By accessing or purchasing from our webshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, your order is forwarded to our external supplier for fulfillment and shipping.


2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.


3. Shipping

Orders are shipped directly from our supplier’s logistics network. Standard delivery time within the United States is 7–14 business days. A tracking link will be provided once your order has shipped.


4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • the item arrived damaged

  • the wrong product was received

  • there is a manufacturing defect

Returns based on sizing issues, preference changes, or “I no longer want it” are not accepted due to international fulfillment.

To request a return, please contact us for a return label.


5. Accuracy of Product Information

We aim to display product colors, details, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or supplier updates.


6. Limitation of Liability

Chiare is not responsible for:

delays caused by carriers

incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

All branding, text, and content on this website are the property of Chiare and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.


8. Changes to Terms

Chiare reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
