All orders are fulfilled and shipped through our third party supplier located in the United States.
The supplier takes care of the storage, packaging and shipping of the products on our behalf.

2. Nature of our service
Chiare operates as an online retailer and uses an external fulfillment partner (supplier).
This means:

Products are shipped directly from our supplier to the customer

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and warehouse location

Eligible returns will be processed through our supplier's logistics network

We do not manufacture or store the products ourselves.

3. Product information
We strive to display product descriptions, images and details as accurately as possible.
However, minor deviations may occur due to:

updates from suppliers

lighting and screen settings

production differences

4. Prices and taxes
All prices are stated in USD.
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on US regulations.

5. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped directly from our supplier.
Standard US delivery time is 7 to 14 business days.
A tracking link is provided with every order.

We currently only ship within the United States.

6. Returns
Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

damaged item

received wrong item

manufacturing defect

Returns based on sizing issues, preference changes or “no longer wanting” will not be accepted due to international fulfillment.

delays caused by carriers

incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

lost or stolen packages after confirmation of delivery

supplier-related delays beyond our control
