At Chiare, we partner with Trendsi to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Once you place an order, it is automatically forwarded to Trendsi, who ships the product directly to your address.

✅ You’ll always receive a tracking link to follow your order. 🚚 Most orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the product and availability.

🔁 Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us at Chiare. That’s why we offer the option to return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The item arrived damaged

You received the wrong product

There is a manufacturing defect

❌ Returns based on incorrect sizing, change of preference, or “I no longer want it” are not accepted, due to the nature of dropshipping and international shipping.
