At Chiare, we work with our chosen supplier to offer you a seamless shopping experience. Once you place an order, it is automatically forwarded to our supplier, who ships the product directly to your address.

✅ You will always receive a tracking link to track your order. 🚚 Most orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the product and availability.

🔁 Return policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us at Chiare. That is why we offer the option to return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

The item arrived damaged.

You received the wrong product.

There is a manufacturing defect.

❌ Returns based on incorrect size, change of preference, or “I don't want it anymore” are not accepted due to the nature of dropshipping and international shipping.
