At Chiare, customer satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer the option to return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged

• You received the wrong product

• There is a manufacturing defect

❌ Returns based on incorrect sizing, change of preference, or “I no longer want it” are not accepted, due to the nature of dropshipping and international shipping.
